GETTING TO HOOPCAMP 2010
Reserve a spot in the HOOPERVAN SHUTTLE
One-way and Round-Trip transportation in the HOOPERVAN Shuttle from the San Jose airport (SJC) to HOOPCAMP 2010 at Lupin Lodge.
Please pre-reserve your shuttle spot in advance. Space is limited!
Once you confirm your flight please send me these details right away: ALL your flight details including airline, ALL flight nbrs and your arrival and departure cities. This info MUST be emailed to Heather at hat360@hotmail.com by JULY 30th 2010
You will be met by the Hoopervan Shuttle Driver at Baggage Claim. PLEASE NOTE: You might have to wait at the airport for up to 1 hour while the shuttle collects Hoopers arriving around the same time as your flight.
When booking your flights into San Jose on Thursday, Sept. 30th please try to arrive at the San Jose airport between 9am-Noon.
Flights into San Francisco will require you to get to Hoopcamp on your own. Please post any rides needed or offered on the FACEBOOK HOOPCAMP page
The Hoopervan Shuttle is non-refundable unless you find another person to fill your spot.
