PACKAGE OPTIONS AT HOOPCAMP 2010

This year at our new Hoopcamp location in the Santa Cruz Mountains we have many accommodation and day rate options to choose from. Choose an option from the menu below. Availability for each option is listed and is available until sold out. Once you sign up you will receive an email confirmation. Once that OPTION sells out you will be prompted to choose another PACKAGE option.

Again participation is limited to 250 Hoop Peeps ( DAY AND OVERNIGHT) so book early to secure your space and participation in the MAGIC of Hoopcamp!

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE: Your selected accommodations for 3-4 nights which includes use of 2 Hot Tubs & a Heated Pool.
Full buffet meals featuring healthy California Cuisine ( vegan, raw and dietary needs addressed)
Snacks, Iced water, Hot/Cold Teas and Coffee
(3) nightly Wine and Beer Cocktail Receptions with Hors d’oeuvres
All workshops presented by Hoop Dance and Circus Arts professional teachers & performers

HOOPCAMP 2010 REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given up until AUGUST 15th 2010 on any package less a $50 processing fee.
ALL PACKAGES are NON-REFUNDABLE if CANCELED between AUGUST 16th and SEPTEMBER 20th UNLESS you are able to fill your spot with another Hooper. If that spot is filled the package price is refundable to you less a $50 transfer fee.

NO REFUNDS will be given 1 week prior to the event. Your package price ( less a $50 transfer fee ) can be applied to a pre-confirmed spot at Hoopcamp 2011.

TENT CAMPING: Bring your own Tent of any size & your own Bedding/Towels.
LOCATION: Surrounding the main property and within a short walk to bathrooms and showers, workshop space and lodge. Camp on a flat, grassy area with shade trees.
AVAILABILITY: 150 Hoop Campers for 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS
PRICE: $369.00 per person for 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS
RENT A TENT! If you’re flying in consider renting a tent for the weekend. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING/TOWELS.
You are responsible for setting up your tent upon arrival.
Rent a tent and share it with up to 4 people.
NOTE: ONLY one person in your group pays the DESIGNATED TENT RENTER price ( your group would work out splitting the tent cost. Everyone else pays for the TENT CAMPING rate above)

BRING AN RV
LOCATION: Surrounding the property and within a short walk to bathrooms and showers, workshop space and lodge. Park your RV on a flat, grassy area with shade trees. Limited- 10 HOOKUPS Available.

A LUPIN TENT: In a Lupin Provided 2 person TENT with a DOUBLE BED and BEDDING/TOWELS provided.
LOCATION: Surrounding the property and within a short walk to bathrooms and showers, workshop space and lodge. LUPIN Tents are located on a flat, grassy area with shade trees.
AVAILABILITY: 10 Tents Available= 20 Hoop Campers sharing a bed 'Cozy Cousin' style
PRICE: $410 per person 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS

A LUPIN TIPI: In a REAL TIPI! The Tipi's accommodate 2 people with a DOUBLE BED and BEDDING/TOWELS provided.
LOCATION: Surrounding the main property and within a short walk to bathrooms and showers, workshop space and lodge. Camp on a flat, grassy area with shade trees.
AVAILABILITY: 3 Tipi’s Available= 6 Hoop Campers sharing a bed 'Cozy Cousin' style
PRICE: $439 per person for 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS

A GROUP DORM:
THE LUPIN DORM: CHEZ LARONDE has 2 Double Futons and 1 Fold out Double Sofa.
Get your friends together and reserve this ASAP! BEDDING/TOWELS provided.
LOCATION: Located near the bathrooms and main workshop/lodge area.
AVAILABILITY: 1 DORM available that holds 6 Hoop Campers sharing a bed 'Cozy Cousin' style.
PRICE: $389.00 per person for 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS - Get your group together and book this EARLY!

THE LUPIN YURT: Your own private cabana/bedroom called a "yurt" -- a round 16-foot, insulated tent structure on a platform, with nearby bathrooms and showers. BEDDING/TOWELS provided.
LOCATION: Closer to workshop areas, bathrooms, main lodge, pool and hot tub.
AVAILABILITY: 2 Single Yurts available for 2 Hoop Campers, 3 Double Yurts available= 6 Hoop Campers sharing a bed 'Cozy Cousin' style.

HOTEL BOOKINGS:
You will need to cancel your reservation at the LOS GATOS LODGE and rebook a hotel. THE HOTEL that I recommend is the BEST WESTERN SEACLIFF INN which is about 20 miles from Pema Osel Ling. You will need a car to get to the retreat center. PLEASE CALL the HOTEL DIRECTLY at: 831-688-7300

KIDS PACKAGE
Hoopcamp is now OPEN to kids ages 7-16 at a Kids Rate of $329.00 ( this applies to any Package accommodation except the DAY RATE packages which are the same price for kids and adults) Young Adults 16 and older pay the regular package pricing. All kids 7-18 years old need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
