This year at our new Hoopcamp location in the Santa Cruz Mountains we have many accommodation and day rate options to choose from. Choose an option from the menu below. Availability for each option is listed and is available until sold out. Once you sign up you will receive an email confirmation. Once that OPTION sells out you will be prompted to choose another PACKAGE option.
Again participation is limited to 250 Hoop Peeps ( DAY AND OVERNIGHT) so book early to secure your space and participation in the MAGIC of Hoopcamp!
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:
Your selected accommodations for 3-4 nights which includes use of 2 Hot Tubs & a Heated Pool.
Full buffet meals featuring healthy California Cuisine ( vegan, raw and dietary needs addressed)

HOOPCAMP 2010 REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given up until AUGUST 15th 2010 on any package less a $50 processing fee.
ALL PACKAGES are NON-REFUNDABLE if CANCELED between AUGUST 16th and SEPTEMBER 20th UNLESS you are able to fill your spot with another Hooper. If that spot is filled the package price is refundable to you less a $50 transfer fee.
NO REFUNDS will be given 1 week prior to the event. Your package price ( less a $50 transfer fee ) can be applied to a pre-confirmed spot at Hoopcamp 2011.
